"I had a very disappointing experience with this insurance agency due to lack of transparency and incorrect information. I specifically asked multiple times about safe driving program. I asked i do not want to put monitoring device in my car as my wife’s attention while driving is more on how device is rating her driving than safety. Each time, I was not given clear or accurate information. Only later was I told that I had no real choice—either I install the monitor or my insurance premium would increase. This information should have been disclosed clearly and honestly from the beginning so I could make an informed decision. Feeling pressured after the fact is not acceptable and reflects poor communication and customer service. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this agency ask for all terms in writing upfront, especially regarding monitoring devices and potential premium changes."

"Horrible group here. Constant miscommunications and misinformation passed along to customers even with documentation. Very misleading when setting up policies coverage and amounts change almost monthly. Lack of accountability in their mishaps even with documentation as proof. Their team constantly messes up information on policies listing incorrect people and providing misleading quotes which is quite scary. They’ll add credits and incorrect individuals to your policy and inform you a lower amount for insurance or premiums initially and then will drop these credits and changes during your coverage without informing you and will leave you stuck with a gigantic bill. Carol, Carrie, Izzy, are a few members of this team who are responsible for misleading several customers not just me. Please consider alternatives."
